You have completed an RV garage attached to our home. You and your subcontractors did what you said would be done and did it in a timely manner. The job was magnificent and the color match blends with the existing home. The workmanship was superb, done on time and on budget. Our neighbors are envious. You were always upbeat and answered your phone or promptly called back. This was the smoothest remodel project we have ever done. So, finding and working with a contractor, long distance, that you can trust, was the number one priority for us. We found that in Tom Burns. Over the years, we have had many transactions with Tom. My experience with Burns Builders, along with my sister, was absolutely First Class from start to finish! Though my casita was a garage conversion and not a large new build we were given great advice and great service beginning with the plans to the finish. Tom and Glenn used the very BEST subs for framing, wall texture, tile, flooring, cabinets, etc. They also used local business shops which all were very welcoming and had great customer service and products. They were very open and considerate with any small or larger changes we made and we were kept informed as the process progressed. The finished product of my casita is absolutely beautiful, really gorgeous and outstanding! I also cannot say enough about Tom and Glenn as they were such a delight to work with every step of the way. Burns Builders is THE VERY BEST! I recommend them highly!!

We are a couple from Ontario, Canada, who have been coming to Lake Havasu City for 7 years, renting every year. When we purchased our lot we decided to build a home that we could share with our family and stop renting. We approached Tom Burns and were immediately struck with his professional manner and overall interest and desire to build our home that we had had previously designed. All through the process Tom and his team kept us informed and up to date with pictures and texts. The whole process went smoothly considering the distance we lived away from the construction site, approximately 2,300 miles. Moving in this year blew us away. All the pictures did not due justice to the actual home. Tom and his team went above and beyond to create a beautiful home for us. We were at a loss for words when we first entered our home.
